MARK ERIC WILLIAMS

CEO of Wellspring Capital Group, a private infra-logistics investment company partnering with US Government and multilateral investment agencies to advance investments in strategic markets in the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Williams has over 15 years of experience in private equity with the last 10 years focused on operations in Asia and the Middle East.

Mr. Williams has worked in a diverse range of transactions, including infrastructure and logistics, merger and acquisitions, company restructuring and recapitalizations, private and public company debt and equity capital raising, and direct equity investing.

Most recently, Mr. Williams oversaw the development and sale of the Sabah Al Ahmed Global Gateway Logistics City located directly adjacent to the next major international airport of the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Williams is a native of Ohio and a graduate of the Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management.
